This work is part of the Prospective Urban and Rural Epidemiology (PURE) study, a large multinational cohort study led and coordinated by the Population Health Research Institute of McMaster University. The authors would like to offer a special acknowledgment to Marcela Roco and Jacqueline Salas, professionals of the Municipality of Temuco, who provided the necessary information related to the installation of the OGs. The authors would also like to acknowledge the PURE study researchers and support staff at Population Health Research Institute for providing the necessary data and assistance.
