This work was supported by the Mayors Challenge 2016, Bloomberg Philanthropies. The funder had no role in the study design, data collection, data analysis, data interpretation, or writing of the report. During the application phase of the Mayors Challenge 2016, the funder provided training in Design Thinking and behavioral economics and appointed a coach to support the planning team at the Municipality of Santiago. After awarding the grant, the funder appointed Delivery Associates to support the delivery of the implementation.
